These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you use chillilee.com, direct.chownow.com, or any related online ordering, menu, contact, newsletter, pickup, delivery, or restaurant services provided by Chilli Lee Ltd. ("Chilli Lee", "we", "us", or "our").

Online Ordering
Orders may be placed online, by phone, or in person where available. You are responsible for reviewing your order, pickup or delivery details, contact information, and payment information before submitting the order.
We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order where there is an error, suspected fraud, payment issue, unavailable item, delivery limitation, abusive conduct, or other operational reason.
Prices, Taxes, and Availability
Prices, menu items, descriptions, ingredients, portion sizes, offers, discounts, delivery areas, and availability may change without notice. Taxes, delivery fees, service fees, tips, and other charges may be added at checkout where applicable.
If a listed price or description contains an error, we may correct the error and contact you before fulfilling the order, or cancel and refund the affected order.
Pickup and Delivery
Pickup and delivery times are estimates only. Actual timing may vary because of kitchen volume, weather, traffic, driver availability, order size, or other conditions.
Current delivery terms:
- Free delivery applies to orders over $25 before taxes within a 3 km radius.
- Orders under $25 before taxes may have a $5 delivery fee.
- Delivery beyond 3 km may be charged at $1 per km, up to a maximum 15 km radius.
Delivery availability and fees may change based on location, time, order size, or operational capacity.
Changes, Cancellations, Refunds, and Order Issues
If you need to change or cancel an order, call us as soon as possible at 604-988-6800. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once the order has entered preparation or delivery.
If your order is missing, incorrect, damaged, or delayed, contact us promptly so we can review the issue. Refunds, credits, replacements, or other remedies are handled case by case. We may ask for order details, photos, or other information to assess the issue.
Food Allergies and Dietary Requests
Please contact the restaurant directly before ordering if you have allergies, food sensitivities, or dietary restrictions. We will try to accommodate requests where practical, but our kitchen handles common allergens and cross-contact may occur. We cannot guarantee that any menu item is allergen-free.
Promotions, Coupons, and Discounts
Promotions, coupons, discounts, and special offers may have conditions, expiry dates, minimum order amounts, item exclusions, location restrictions, or usage limits. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined and have no cash value.
Customer Accounts
If you create an online account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Contact us if you believe your account has been used without permission.
Third-Party Services
Our websites or ordering flow may link to or use third-party services, including payment processors, delivery providers, email services, maps, analytics, social platforms, or review platforms. Third-party services are controlled by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services.
Website Content
All website content, including logos, photos, text, menus, design elements, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Chilli Lee unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reuse, modify, or distribute our content for commercial purposes without permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our websites or services. This includes attempting unauthorized access, interfering with site operations, submitting false orders, using abusive or unlawful language, uploading malicious code, scraping content at scale, or using the site for unlawful purposes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chilli Lee is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of our websites, ordering services, food services, delays, unavailable items, third-party services, or inability to access the site.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.
