  • What forms of payment methods do you accept?

    VISA, Mastercard, Interac Debit and Cash is available in store, food delivery and takeouts. No AMEX

  • Do you offer free food delivery?

    Yes, all orders over $25.00 before taxes and free delivery within 3 km radius and $1 km thereafter up to maximum 15 km radius. All orders under $25 will have $5 delivery fee applied.

  • My order was missing an item / incorrect order

    Please call our restaurant immediately and we will do our best to resolve your order.

  • I want to add or remove items in my order

    Please call restaurant as soon as possible. Usually if it is within 15 minutes of placing your order we can make modifications to your order.

  • What is your address?

  • Does my order come with napkins or utensils?

    Yes, upon request.

  • My delivery was late

    Sorry for the inconvenience. 

  • What are your hours of operation?

    We’re open 7 days a week from 12:00PM to 9:00PM, Tuesday, Sunday and Holidays from 4:30PM to 9:00PM

  • How long is food delivery?

    During regular hours up to 40 minutes. Peak hours up to 90 minutes. Please call for a more accurate time window.

  • Do you have coupons?

    Yes, go here

  • Do you have discounts when I pay in cash?

    Yes, only takeout orders over $25.00 before taxes are eligible for a 5% off discount. Please mention the discount at the time of pickup.

  • Do you use MSG?

    No

  • Can I get extra condiments?

    Yes, upon request. Additional fees may apply.

  • What oil do you use for the deep fryer?

    Zero trans fat canola oil

  • Can I use multiple coupons

    No. All coupons are individual use only. Some additional restrictions may apply.

  • I want a refund

    All food sales are final. Please call for exemptions and will be determined case-by-case basis.
